Users can now add additional student login codes directly within the OurSCHOOL application! Once your survey is activated, you may find the need for more student login codes, whether you have lost some of the codes, realized you did not request enough when activating the survey, or need a few more for new students, here is the process to add more codes. Under the My Surveys tab, you will see the option to Add Survey Participants. This option will only show if you have active surveys. |

Choose the survey you want to add more student login codes for and select Submit.
The number you are entering here is the additional codes that you need.
If you wanted to survey 73 students and initially only requested 70 student login codes, you will most likely need at least 10 more codes, therefore we would suggest adding 10 to the Number of Extra Accounts row.
Once added, the number of Survey Participants will automatically adjust to the new number.
You can retrieve these new codes through the Survey Taker List and Passwords option under the My Surveys menu. The new usernames/passwords will be the ones on the bottom of the list.
