If the Survey Setup option is greyed out, your school may either need to be activated for the current school year, or the survey(s) have not yet been composed by your District Coordinator. If you are a School Coordinator or Principal, then you should contact your District Coordinator to inquire on the status of your survey(s).
If you are unsure of who your District Coordinator is, go to the Monitor Progress page. Your school division's District Coordinator(s) will be listed at the top of the page.
