"I selected the Classroom Selection evaluation option for my survey. Why isn't my report showing up? Do I need to contact you to close it?"
There is no need to contact us to close a Classroom Selection survey. The idea behind Classroom Selection is that you will be surveying a representative sample of students every month. Your reports will be updated at the start of each month to include the results from the previous month.
For example, at the beginning of February, all of the completed survey results from January would be compiled and used to update your One-Click, Interactive Charts, and OEQ Reports. When multiple months of results are available, you will have the option of viewing your chart as a "trend line" of month-by-month results.
