Happy New Year, everyone! Welcome to our first OurSCHOOL newsletter of 2026.
For those who participated in the Fall survey cycle, you’ve likely had the opportunity to review your data, incorporate it into reports, and begin initial planning of resources to address the perspectives of your school community. Whether you’ve already captured your school climate data this school year, or are preparing to survey soon, we encourage you to review this Knowledge Base article, which offers a helpful guide for getting started with your year‑over‑year analysis.
Once you’ve had an opportunity to explore your results, it’s important to share them with survey respondents. When stakeholders can see how their feedback leads to real change, they are more likely to perceive the survey as a valuable way to share their experiences.
Our team is always here to support you with interpreting and communicating your OurSCHOOL data. Many clients appreciate one of our most popular resources, the “We Asked, You Said, We Say” template, which is an excellent way to engage survey participants in meaningful post-survey dialogue. A sample deck and a customizable version are available at this link.
To further support this important work of turning feedback into meaningful action, we invite you to join an upcoming webinar series focused on creating sustainable, evidence-informed change.
Join us in this two-part webinar series with Dr. Sharratt. Learn how to draw on your OurSCHOOL/Tell Them From Me data to guide action, identify next steps, and track sustainability for student, school, and system improvement.
